Responsibilities: CCEPs Mapping: Leveraged Matlab toolboxes for comprehensive brain connectivity analysis. Worked with European Data Format (EDF) files and coordinated with MRI and CT scans for coregistration, resulting in accurate 3D brain models. Semiology Project: Led the development of a Python-based application, designed to identify brain regions responsible for specific responses, such as laughter during epileptic seizures. Implemented spike detection algorithms and Event-Related Synchronization (ERS) analysis to interpret data. Data Handling: Efficiently managed large sets of complex EEG data, optimizing processing techniques to address computational limitations. Team Collaboration: Worked closely with healthcare professionals, software engineers, and data scientists to achieve research objectives. Achievements: Successfully identified high-correlation brain regions in semiology research, aiding ongoing medical studies. Demonstrated adaptability by overcoming challenges related to large data set handling, thereby streamlining the research process.

As a Project Manager at UpDown Studio, I managed the development of a VR physical therapy game and website, leading a team of 5 engineers. My responsibilities included: Conducting comprehensive project phases including feasibility studies, requirement gathering, design, and successful implementation. Developing the VR game on Unity and SideQuest platforms, focusing on immersive experiences, receiving highly positive reviews from therapists and patients. Developing the website using Flutter for frontend and Firebase for backend management, ensuring seamless integration and high user satisfaction. Managing project phases, team meetings, stakeholder communication, and feedback sessions, resulting in a successful project deployment. Successfully deploying the website 'mo3awen.com', receiving positive user feedback for its accessibility and utility in enhancing physical therapy treatment plans. This experience allowed me to harness the power of immersive technologies and web development to create a highly impactful product for physical therapy treatments.

leading the transition from a paper-based work system to a Blockchain-Based Supply Chain Management System for a perfume manufacturing company. My role involves: Establishing partnerships with perfume manufacturers and blockchain development companies to develop and implement the application. Engaging closely with development and manufacturing teams to understand current and future system requirements and visions. Managing requirements gathering with the development team and strategizing the transition from paper-based to blockchain-based supply chain management.

As a participant in the Misk Accelerator program in partnership with Plug and Play, I was privileged to be one of the 20 startups selected for the 12-week intensive training. The program was designed to provide local and regional startups with the resources, mentorship, and tools necessary for accelerating growth and expansion in Saudi Arabia. During the program, I engaged in: Orientation Day & Intake Interviews: Provided insights into my startup's needs and objectives, helping tailor the program for the best outcome. Group Workshops and Training Sessions: I was trained by exceptional tech leaders and coaches in areas including design-thinking, product development, team and talent development, business and finance strategy, growth hacking, pitching, and fundraising. Ongoing Mentorship & Dealflows: I was matched with a mentor suitable for providing guidance to support the growth of my startup. This also involved setting up meetings with potential end-users of our technology and suitable investors. Weekly Progress Review: Worked closely with a Plug and Play team member to track and plan our progress systematically. Cohort & Community Events: Participated in social and professional gatherings within the KSA tech ecosystem to motivate and enable my startup’s potential. Demo Day: Presented my company to an audience of specially selected investors and key ecosystem players within the KSA and wider MENA tech ecosystem. This experience greatly enhanced my project management and startup development skills, preparing me for my current role as a Project Manager at Imdadtech - Scents Lab. The networks, resources, and mentorship provided by the Misk Accelerator were invaluable in accelerating the growth and scalability of my startup.

Alfaisal Solar Car Project has a team of highly skilled students from the Electrical, Mechanical, Software and Industrial Engineering undergraduate programs at the College of Engineering in Alfaisal University, which is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They acquire HQP skills in safe and well equipped labs. It is hosted in the Joint Smart Grids and Electric Vehicles R&D Center, which further develops its ideas into research projects that are published in International Journals and Conferences.
