Managed three+ lines of business verifying insurance, eligibility status and coverage, pharmacy claims. Verified benefit coverage for members, assisted members with all issues such as provider changes, material requests, pharmacy processing issues, billing issues, over the counter orders, and any other questions relating to medical and prescription drug coverage.

Respond to trouble tickets in regards to hardware, software issues, locked accounts, new accounts, and assist in the setup of new systems. Implement software and hardware updates that will improve the performance and reliability of the network and its systems.

Responsible for providing the first-line of post-sales telephone technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers and/or employees. Answers basic questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products. Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures. Escalates complex problems to the Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering.
