Responsible for full-cycle payroll processing and maintenance of related records. Recruitment of non-exempt/non-management level positions. Develops job postings and post openings to internal and external job boards. Conducts pre-employment screenings such as criminal background, credit investigations, drug testing, and pre-employment testing. Conducts new hire orientation and collects new employee paperwork. Oversees Employee Activity Committee and is responsible for coordinating and scheduling employee events. Assists VP of HR with employee relations and workplace investigations.

Process member transactions, set up Certificate of Deposits, answer phone calls assisting members with questions or concerns, keep drawer balanced, and complete extra projects from various departments.
