I WAS CONDUCTING TRAINING FOR EXTENSION WORKERS AND SUPERVISE THEM

I WAS SUPERVISING ALL INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTOR AND SEND THEIR ATTENDANCE TO SECTOR HEAD.

*  Visit after the construction *  Develop and provide schedule for distribution of material to shelter program officer *  Provide periodic report update to the shelter program officer on progress made against *  Provide technical support to shelter program officer for shelter construction and relate activities *  Ensure the program is implemented according to global communities policies and recognizes *  Participate in review meeting , assess and discuss the progress of the construction in the context of its target like government officials (as needed) *  Coordinate closely with community mobilizers to appropriately plan and implement shelter activities *  Performed other duty as require by the project
