-Work with on-site Marketing Manager to create and implement campaigns -Develop content calendars on a weekly to monthly basis for company brands -Monitor social media analytics to identify viable ideas

-Communicate relevant information pertaining to recruitment matters in a timely manner -Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Membership department’s goals and action plans -Oversee collegiate recruitment programming, training, resources and international recruitment, create, revise, update and maintain recruitment-related procedures and/or materials as needed -Train all recruitment-related personnel, respond to all communications in a timely and responsible manner, responsibly manage expenses and adhere to the approved budget -Serve as a positive role model and promote lifetime membership to all members of the Sorority.
