I am responsible for the success and timely completion of construction projects through cost estimating, contract administration, field operations oversight, and other duties working along side the Project Manager and Team. Some of by duties include: - Distribute revised plan documents and specifications, procure, receive, track, review, distribute, seek approval as necessary, and approve shop drawings and submittals - Submittal log showing items submitted, date submitted, date approved, and date returned to the subcontractor - Help review and update the construction schedule as needed - Maintain a record of buyout, field work orders, change orders, Investor change orders and their impact on job cost and the construction schedule - Help anticipating and avoiding problems affecting the construction schedule and budget - Assist in obtaining information required for project close-out procedures - Help assist in and ensure the accuracy of the Final Project Cost - Obtain, assemble, distribute, and file all as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy, and final lien releases for the project - Utilize Procore, TimberScan, Oracle Textura, and Microsoft Office Suite

Seating tables, coordinating where customers will be seated, greeting customers, and answering phone calls, Hospitality Leader responsibilities (quote times, satisfying customer needs and resolving customer disputes, set up dining rooms and make reservation arrangements), Working take-out (handling all aspects of customer take-out orders, running food orders to tables, assist colleagues and other team members), Serving tables (delivered exceptional, friendly, and fast service, answered questions about menu items and made recommendations)

As an intern with Glacier Construction, I worked closely with the estimating department. When there was a project that we are going to be bidding on, I create a detailed Excel spreadsheet of the subcontractors that I reach out to for a quote for the project. With the projects that we are bidding, I worked to understand the scope of the work by reading and learning the Drawings and Specifications of that project. I also learned how to create and submit submittals as well for projects that we are awarded.

On-site visits (documenting notes and pictures), Updating/Creating excel spreadsheets (Loss Estimates, Time Cards, Possible job bids), Working closely with the Senior Project Manager of R.E.’s Sub-Million Division, Reviewing bids submitted by project managers to ensure accuracy to the best of my knowledge, Getting in contact with potential sub-contractors for possible bid requests, Ordering materials for different job sites, Helping put together a Qualification Packs for different types of jobs, Manual Labor (ex. laying mulch at a site)
