Growing up in Aspen—the Rocky Mountains’ heart of cultural leaders and elite athletes—enriched my sense of adventure, resilience, and appreciation for calculated risk. The dramatic terrain taught me to embrace challenge and uncover potential in every opportunity: untouched landscapes, innovative business ideas, and, most importantly, the relationships that bring them to life. Now based in New York, I bring that same energy and vision to Saluda Grade, an alternative investment firm. As a key member of the business development team, I lead the creation of marketing collateral and brand initiatives, coordinate strategic communications, oversee our internal CRM system, and manage the execution of high-profile events such as ASG 2025. I also recently implemented Saluda Grade University—an internal learning platform designed to enhance a culture of high performance, encourage peer mentorship, and leverage our collective internal knowledge. My contributions sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, shaping internal culture and external perception to support long-term success.
