I was a surgical technician in the United States Air Force for 8 years. Through that time I worked with a variety of surgical specialities, OB/GYN, Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Ortho Spine. Also, I am sufficient in the Sterile Processing Department, ordering supplies, and scheduling OR cases. My last 2 years in the military I ran the Vascular Surgery clinic where I was in charge of ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, up dating surgeon preference cards, and assisting the Vascular Surgeon in the Operating Room. After I got out of the military I worked with Anyar Inc as a contractor at Eglin AFB in Florida as a Sterile Processing Department technician. I am currently received my Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management and am looking to forward my career.
