Monitor progress of multiple company-wide projects from Finance, IT, Commercial and Operations simultaneously and present to project directors or executives.

Perform end-to-end execution of Ancillary Programs (Baggage, Paid Seats, Insurance, and Cabin Class Upgrade) to support strategic plans and targets. Including cross-functional product management, competitive pricing and forecasting with a deeper understanding of market supply and demand to create a unique customer experience. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring a portfolio of ancillary products across all points of sales and distribution channel within the company involving internal and external partners working together to increase the product’s conversion and revenue.
