In this role, Madhu leads all compensation, benefits, wellness, comp regulatory and comp governance areas for BofA in the region across banking, broker-dealer entities and global business services. She heads a team of 30+ C&B professionals managing 12 markets in Asia. Madhu is part of Asia Pacific leadership team and Global Reward leadership team.
