Leveraging the deep expertise, I have across various functional areas in the HR space, I’ve chosen to dig deep and specialise in the rewards space, an area I am very passionate about given the direct impact it has to the key facets of HR – attract, engage and retain while creating a high performing enterprise that meets or beats its goals. My formative years were immensely rewarding from personal learning perspective as the roles I had performed enabled me learn the ropes of HR. These included several successful stints in the HR Ops and Transformation, HR Generalist, M&A and rewards space which were consequential in shaping who I am today. I currently lead a team of 20 people supporting C-suite leaders who hold consequential global roles to strategically lead and manage their rewards program across 5 lines of business across Wells Fargo for their Tech and Ops centres in India and Philippines. I am a strategic business partner who understands business needs and partner with my stakeholders to effectively and impactfully deliver results across all facets of rewards. I am recognized for my expertise in driving change and delivering business outcomes.
