Led a team of engineers responsible for delivering data and intelligence solutions. Some of the key responsibilities include data engineering, delivering key metrics and insights. Responsible for Data Modelling and building large scale solutions, The team generates insights from millions of events and builds systems to correlate information from various data sources, to draw deep insights that help shape features and products. The team works on big data processing pipelines and correlation/aggregation of this data into easily consumable metrics and dashboards. Also worked on metrics used to measure the productivity of engineers across Microsoft. Our team analyzes productivity data and builds tooling that improves productivity for these employees.

Responsible for designing and developing various tool sets in the Windows engineering team and providing high quality solutions for internal engineer's productivity. - Experience in developing Test framework - 3rd party application compatibility testing for multiple features shipped by Windows Experience division - Building test environments and managing environments - Synchronization service for data exchange with partner companies (Qualcomm & NVidia) - Transition of 3000+ of Windows employees to a new bug-tracking system
