Marketing Intern within the Marketing Operations team at Fisher and Paykel Healthcare. At this internship I carried out a research project and presented my findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

At this job I continued to develop my leadership, communication and barista skills. I was also given the opportunity to gain new skills such as: waitressing, food preparation, and stocktake. Being an employee at Gre3n has helped me improve my people skills, as I am serving and interacting with customers in a high pressure environment. At this job, I also managed cash-up, as well as opening and closing the store.

I learnt the importance of building strong relationships with customers. In my role as a shift manager, I demonstrated strong leadership, effectively guiding my team to ensure smooth operations and to address customer needs promptly. It forced me to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, managing busy shifts and handling unexpected challenges with ease. Overall, my time at Bowl and Arrow equipped me with invaluable skills in customer service, leadership, problem-solving, cash management
