Nice to meet you. Thank you for visiting my LinkedIn page. I am currently a final year at Western Michigan University pursing a Public Relations major with a minor in Global International Studies. I am a huge people person, so it is fitting that I became the eyes and the ears of a university. I am currently in my third year as a resident assistant at Western Michigan University. My passion for meeting new people has been enhanced since I started being a resident assistant, but my secondary passion for diversity has sky-rocketed since my freshman year. I was adopted from China at one year old, and I have always been curious about my culture. However, since my attendance at Western my interest has been peaked not only in my Asian heritage but also in other cultures as well. However, I have lots to learn before I can pursue my career. I hope to find new experiences and new challenges that will test my skills. I hope to improve my self-evaluating skills through hard work and perseverance.

I oversee the enforcement of the student handbook and all other regulations of Western Michigan University. I am responsible for identifying the needs of residents and directing them to appropriate service providers if necessary. Finally, I regularly collaborate with the Hall Director and other staff members in the development of residential programming.
