Morpheus Spa won the Spa of the Year in 2020 and achieved the highest scores. * On Aug 23 2018 Time Magazine lists Morpheus Hotel as one of the World's Greatest Places * In charge of NUWA and The Countdown Hotel, comprising over 600 rooms: * managing a team of over 950 FTE in Hotels, Contact Center, Environmental Services, Floral, Wardrobe, Spa, Pool and Gym * Appointed Chairwoman of Melco Core Service Committee, driving initiatives and programs to establish highest service levels and standards * Key contributor to the company's expansion projects, including opening City of Dreams in Manila, Studio City and soon to open Morpheus in Macau
