• One of 48 faculty-selected students engaged in a rigorous curriculum focused on developing the skills necessary for a career in Sales & Trading, Research or Private Wealth Management

• Familiarize an incoming freshman student to the academic, social, and professional community at the Kelley School of Business and Indiana University as a whole • Support mentee’s needs through weekly check-ins to build a strong relationship and answer questions regarding the adjustment to college

• Coached 25 new members over 8 weeks on the development of professional skills through leading career insights panels, resume, cover letter, and interview workshops in order to provide guidance for internship/job recruiting • Encouraged bonding amongst new member class by organizing weekly Brotherhood events and a weekend long retreat centered around building a tightly knit PGN community

• Led 3 rush managers in the organization of spring 2022 rush by delegating tasks and facilitating weekly check-ins to ensure successful recruitment for approximately 300 potential new members • Trained 168 active members on the logistics of rush including new events, the importance of forms, as well as acknowledging and avoiding implicit biases to grant each potential new member an equal chance of success

• Coordinate seven company visits for members to gain knowledge of industries including corporate finance and accounting, technology, entertainment, and retail as well as build professional relationships • Correspond with Abercrombie & Fitch and E&J Gallo to plan and execute corporate events requiring swift written communication, organization, time management, and collaboration

• Fulfill the pillars of professionalism, philanthropy, and social, through actively participating in group discussions at Professional Development, Study Table, Brotherhood, and Chapter meetings held on a weekly basis resulting in personal and professional development • Arrange three social events with the help of two committee members, requiring organization, time management, and communication, that encouraged bonding amongst the 20 members of the Xi Class

• Oversee chapter’s finances by analyzing weekly spending, managing bills, providing quarterly rent payment, and preparing a budget for member dues during the 2022-2023 school year to ensure financial stability • Lead weekly chapter meetings with 9 executive team representatives for 144 members to establish the underlying success of the chapter and encourage the development of intellectual, community oriented, independent women

• Enhance athletic skills while competing, communicating, and collaborating, with the team of 23 student-athletes • Prepared boxes of nonperishable food items at Hoosier Hills Food Bank to serve the Bloomington community
