* Travel and deliver educational workshops to collegiate chapters based on chapter-specific needs. * Book travel, manage expenses * Manage communication between collegiate officers, advisors, National Officers and staff * Update chapter workshops and educational resources as necessary, ensuring that programs stay relevant and meet the needs of ZTA chapters. * Be a representative and/or facilitator for the Fraternity at local, regional and national meetings and events as needed. * Additional duties as assigned.

Traveled full-time as a representative of Zeta Tau Alpha, visiting 15+ universities across the country to train, motivate, and mentor collegiate women. - Assessed chapter operations, providing creative solutions and goals in areas of leadership development, membership recruitment, and organization management. - Facilitated interactive, values-based workshops and presentations with groups, addressing areas of student life, including but not limited to diversity, mental health, goal setting, inclusivity, and academics. - Upheld national bylaws and policies, and conveyed their importance to collegiate members by relating them to the organization’s mission, values and history. - Maintained regular email communication with supervisors, and submitted timely, written visit reports, expense reports, and time logs
