Mackenzie Rot

Throughout my experience working with various managements, I was given the opportunity to flourish and expand on my professional abilities. As a resource teacher, I quickly was given the rare responsibility of traveling to multiple centers across Illinois weekly due to my performance. I was then able to collaborate and quickly adapt to each environment of different management styles, co-worker routines, parents and children. Being selected to work for different industries allowed me to gain a well rounded skill set of multitasking, communicating effectively amongst varying positions and instilling a competitive mindset leading to my professional success.
