• Committee Chair for the RN Agency & Student Conversion Committee. I lead a team of HR Professionals to assess internal and external environments and generate programs and tool kits to assist in the retention of contracted employees. • PCA Advisory Board Member- contribute to the effectiveness and implementation of our PCA novice program. • Developed and coordinated, in collaboration with the Simulation Center, an innovative recruitment event for Allied Health Students to gain hands on experience under the supervision of UC Health experts in a Simulated Environment and encourage interdisciplinary learning and networking opportunities. • Developed and implemented new tracking systems to track candidates and applicants while also capturing accurate data for reports to executive leadership teams. • Presented to numerous stakeholders within the organization, from new hires to executive leaders showcasing programs offered by the team. • Sought out additional learning opportunities to gain experience in data capture and reporting through our Nurse Residency Program and the Vizient database system. Reports generated were analyzed, presented and utilized to develop improvements to program objectives.

Developed Unit Based Newsletter for improved management to staff communication across multiple departments. Led a team designed to implement a Huddle Program between surgeons and their operating room team for quality improvement, patient safety, staff and physician satisfaction improvement. Contributed multiple ideas for improved communication, education, and staff retention strategies that were designed to increase patient safety, quality improvement and increase staff satisfaction.
