Working in close partnership with studio leadership along with cross-functional teams to design and deliver outstanding stores for the Asia Pacific markets. Upholding Starbucks customer experience and elevating brand design expectations while meeting budgets, schedules and operational requirements. · Lead the ideation of store designs from concept to detailed design stage in accordance with the Asia Pacific design studio strategy. · Creation of design solutions for various real estate formats including but not limited to interior sites, free standing buildings, facades, existing store renovations and alternative store formats. · Execution of store designs that are relevant to the brand and elevate and protect the brand, respond to site features and context, meet the customer and community profile, meet budgets and timelines and respond to market criteria. ·  Creation of a range of relevant, innovative design solutions in response to changing timelines, project and workload demands while meeting aesthetic expectations and operational requirements. · Lead the production and delivery of schematic plans, visual design packages, sketches and design intent drawing packages, materials specifications and schedules that clearly communicate the design direction to peers and leadership, cross-functional partners, construction teams and external consultants. · Lead design activities and engage with local market business units to execute store designs that meet brand expectations. · Execute store designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimise material and inventory levels, achieve fiscal goals and uphold corporate and global responsibilities. · Work with market business units to ensure that design processes, practices and programs are aligned with company business goals, objectives and meets all established deadlines.
