- Managing stock levels for assigned material groups, ensuring high product availability while optimizing inventory - Preparing demand forecasts in cooperation with Product Managers (using dedicated planning tools) - Providing continuous updates on product availability, lead times, and product lifecycle changes - Coordinating order execution and deliveries in cooperation with LSP (Kuehne + Nagel) - Creating and managing outbound/inbound deliveries, purchase orders, and requisitions - Monitoring SAP interface errors (IDocs) and ensuring data accuracy across systems - Managing stock transfers (STO) and verifying stock levels and ETAs - Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Head Office, and Customer Service teams

- Managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and order fulfillment - Developing and maintaining relationships with Chinese suppliers; sourcing new suppliers of electronic devices (trackers, IP cameras, smartwatches) - Coordinating international shipments and working with logistics operators and freight forwarders to select the most cost-effective and efficient transport solutions - Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate warehouse operations in cooperation with external logistics providers - Preparing purchase and sales reports, including cost analysis and profit margin tracking - Managing the complaints process and maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding returns, lead times, and service issues - Leading the implementation of a new ERP system, including process design and user-side coordination - Implementing cooperation with an external LSP and supervising the integration between internal systems and the LSP’s systems - Coordinating system integration processes (ERP, e-commerce, and logistics systems) to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
