Leading of Logistics Development team focused on active searching and implementing of supply change execution processes and IT tools improvements. Main tasks: - Oracle ERP implementation - Oracle Retail Management System order, claims and stock management; Oracle Transportation Management process adjustment to fulfill business needs. - New central warehouse - define and implement business and IT solutions for new central warehouse for Leroy Merlin in therms for warehouse opening and stock transfers. - JDA WMS Billing Module implementation. - Strategic plan for local warehouse distribution model. - Transformation of store receiving process - centralization of delivered qty counting in the x-dock flow. - Warehouse to customer direct deliveries model implementation.

Coordination of projects related to central distribution model implementation in Leroy Merlin Poland. Most important projects: - JDA Dispatched WMS implementation in e-commerce, x-dock and stock operations – process mapping, interface design and tests, user acceptance tests, implementation, user training, after go-live support - Tender for 3PL for Leroy Merlin Poland – full process coordination, from RFI phase, trough RFQ analyse, RFP negotiations and final choice advise - New LM warehouse in Strykow – participation in tender for new warehouse developer, coordination of construction progress and adaptation for warehouse operation- layout, racks, offices etc. - Strategic plan for central distribution model for LM – preparation of strategic distribution plan, based on mathematic models in cooperation with z Graphene Partners
