* Monitoring, Ipl of mainframe console systems. * Submitting, re-submitting, odering jobs via Job Control Language, Control-M and Sysview. * Starting Cics and opening the database to make sure that users do have access to check, print their daily, weekly or monthly reports. * Spooling back specific job from the tapes to the master console, only if the user / customer want to access some of the previous report. * Pooling daily scratches and mounting tapes for the specific job on to the tape drives / robot.

* Desktop Support {Hardware & Software} * Active directory user migration and Pc rollout * Software-Loading of operating systems {Microsoft Windows Xp, Vista} and other applications from the servers. * Desktop & Laptop configurations * Mail & internet configuration * Re-joining of machine to the domain * Re-connection of printer {network & local} * Data backup {using cross-over cable, * network & external drives}.
