*Oversee daily production activities for extrusion lines, including POF shrink film, cast breathable film, and compounding machines. * Develop and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines while ensuring optimal machine utilization. *Monitor and improve extrusion processes to achieve consistent product quality and minimize downtime. *Implement best practices for manufacturing POF shrink films, cast breathable films, and compounding processes. *Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet technical specifications and industry standards. *Conduct regular audits to identify defects and implement corrective actions. *Manage, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians to enhance skills and performance. *Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. *Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of extrusion machines, such as cast film lines and compounding machines. *Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance. *Work closely with procurement and R&D teams to select and test materials for POF shrink films and breathable films. *Optimize material usage to reduce waste and enhance profitability. *Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports highlighting key metrics like output, efficiency, and downtime. *Maintain documentation for processes, SOPs, and safety protocols. *In-depth understanding of extrusion processes, especially for POF shrink films, cast breathable films, and compounding. *Knowledge of machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting. *Strong team management and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a production team. *Proficiency in analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. *Hands-on experience with POF shrink film and cast breathable film and compound
