For nearly 20 years, I guided the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program’s IT strategy. I built the E-Model for their business processes, digitized core workflows, designed a secure data center, and established IT governance. This transformation modernized operations, improved service delivery, and set a national standard for digital public services.
