In-charge of the Company’s Benefits implementation which included overseeing the Company’s Health Benefits Plan/Program, Medical Reimbursement System, Leave Policies, Statutory Benefits and Company Events. The role also required creating Benefits Enhancements on an annual basis and making the proposal cost-effective for the Company. Also handled the Communications arm and took care of releasing the monthly Company Newsletter. Was also tasked to handle Recruitment up to Supervisory levels and initial screening for Executive positions.

In-charge of the Company’s Benefits and Payroll implementation which included the Leave Policies, Company Events, Statutory Benefits, Company Events and various Payroll reports.

Serve as the advisory and enforcing group for SEAAK, Australia, New Zealand and Korea, for Policies and Internal Controls Compliance. Also serves as a knowledge expert and liaises with the different Geographic Units (GUs) for issues, prioritization and closure. Manages relationships with identified stakeholders and helps build policy skills in GU contacts.

Provided general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or assigned projects or units which included staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and communications. Ensured that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented.
