Ensure all are coordinated to the warehouse for releasing of the item and item preparation as a basis for delivery schedule Prepares Lighting Design Concepts, Lighting Calculations, Lighting Layouts and Schematics in support to Lighting requirements. Provides the necessary technical support to Sales Engineers and Marketing Team as well as External Clients in terms of Lighting Design Concepts, Calculations, Specifications, Lighting Layouts in CAD, 3D Visualizations, Product Presentations, Commissioning Services, Luminance and Illuminance Measurements, and other Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities. 1. Facilitate all project requirements and making sure all products and services needed are established and accomplished. 2. Evaluate and check all design and any electrical related products such as LED lighting system, Smart Lighting System (controllers and software, Solar Panels, Fiber Optic Cables and many more. 3. Coordinate with the supplier and end user and making sure all are set up and delivered. 4. Design Street Lighting system using Dialux application and recommend the more efficient street lights and software configuration as per standard. 5. Site survey and facility checking for new and existing building. Checking all the requirements of the client and recommend the appropriate system to be installed for energy saving and eco friendly products. 6. Prepare company proposal for electrical products and making sure that all related queries about the product offers and technical parts are all accommodated and responded. 7. Manage to look for new potential client and conduct company & product presentation for electrical products such as LED lights and power saving products.

Recognize by U.S Green Building Council (USGBC) as consultant certifying building to be a “Green Building”. Prepare report & Conduct testing& commissioning for electrical works (Lighting System) Evaluate and check all electrical related system for credit compliance and identify in the plans and drawing and all required documents Support in guiding the construction teams through the LEED Certification process, through on-site technical meetings, collection and coordination of LEED construction credit data, reviewing of submittals, and final up-loading of LEED templates to USGBC. Prepares calculations and simulations (Lighting Simulation - DiaLux) to new design considerations for each strategy & optimize the same for LEED credit compliance Participating in meeting and conferences to clarify green buildings concepts and tasks. Update plans and drawing and lighting specification for finalization and as-built.

A part of Facility Management Team who checks, monitors and maintains the functionality and performance of all equipment’s electrical, mechanical and fire alarm system. • Proactive monitoring of all equipment status 24x7x365 from network operations centre using advance system of Building Management System (BMS) integrated in different platform like Galaxy, Niagara and some protocols. • Alarm acknowledgement and escalation of the complaint after the verification from technician. Update necessary documents for all the alarm encountered. • Keeping and making sure that all machines and equipment are in their optimum operating capabilities including its maintenance and troubleshooting. • Ensure all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activity is performed and all related documents are generated and fulfilled. • Prepare report for all Alarm occurrence, performance recording, analysis and interpretation of all major and sensitive equipment on a daily basis using the connected platform. • Supervision of technicians during troubleshooting and performing maintenance activity as well as checking of equipment’s routine operating condition. • Support for Niagara and Galaxy implementations-points configuration, adding histories and alarms, creating Charts, Dashboard and Reports. • Supervise customer servers and equipment power provisioning and making sure all necessary documents are prepared and fully filled. • Prepare Technical Documentations and Presentation for complying iDCMS (Integrated Data Center Management System) emphasizing the energy management and equipment productivity and performance.

Lead / supervise all aspects of Quality excellence with emphasis on continuing to improve operating results and strengthening underlying processes. Providing Operational floor management by monitoring service levels, making appropriate decisions and regular monitoring of quality Conduct compliance check and review Quality parameters and make changes whenever necessary in consultation with Operation Defining the quality parameters to the call agents and QA’s and defining the scope of improvisation. Working closely with external Quality Measurement Vendor ensuring that quality improvement steps are initiated and that improvements are ongoing. Ensure the Team Leaders are familiar with process and tools to conduct monitoring sessions. Including Defining and designing action plans for quality improvement together.
