I’m a Chartered Engineer and experienced leader in Operational Management, with 30 years of experience driving operational performance, safety, and continuous improvement. A core part of my leadership philosophy is building high-performing teams through trust, shared values, and common goals. I believe in empowering individuals, fostering collaboration, and creating a culture of ownership that elevates both team and individual performance. Throughout my career I have worked within global operations teams, where I have led diverse teams and contributed to high-impact Global Operational Excellence initiatives that have transformed both culture and results. Away from work, I’m proud to serve as a community leader — currently Chair of a local sports association, UEFA qualified football coach and an active Parish Councillor. I’m passionate about giving back to my local community, strengthening local communities, and using my leadership skills to make a positive impact.
