Currently Im looking for an apparel Unit (In which Electrical, Mechanical,Spares Parts, Machinery, washing department l, laser department, and cutting and civil working etc.)

I am a standard-driven, ambitious and professional procurement officer who understands the responsibility that comes with the role, strong networking and negotiating skill, a very good understanding of supply chain management, I wish to continue contributing to company profit and efficiency by doing my job, I seek challenging environment where my skills exercises can improved while the company’s profit increase. Currently im working as procurement officer at shafi texcel pvt ltd, i am responsible to arrange material of two units ( Utilities& Garments Division) in which electrical materiel mechanical, stationary, chemical steel , cement bio fuel coal, and other all materiel which is demand by user as on requirement of production. also previous i purchased power house and weaving unit material for 2 years.Received PR with detail check of specifications of mentioned/required Items/material. • Sending RFQ to vendors and suppliers • Preparing purchase orders and purchase documents/file management. • Issue Purchase Order to Vendor. • Follow up for Material till dispatching to works. • send E-mail of purchases to all related departments and safe handling of deliveries to all Related stores with receipt sign on Email copy • Responsible for planning purchases after comparing prices and checking quality. Finding new vendors & manufacturers for procurement. • Liaison with the vendors and internal customer on procurement issues. • I was responsible for cost savings and ensuring that the monthly budgets fell significantly. • Purchasing construction related material like cement, steel, bricks boundary wall etc. • Arrange boiler fuel coal, corn cob, rice husk, wood dust, poultry waste, dry wood etc. • Arrange timely invoices of received material and submit in accounts for payment. • Submission of Invoices to the finance for settlement of accounts.

Raise Purchase Orders in line with business rules • Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules • Email the Purchase Order to the supplier (where the system does not support automatic emailing of the Purchase Order) • Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery docket • Request credit notes from suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for processing • Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders • Drive continuous improvement across Purchasing process
