I'm an enthusiastic scientist and problem-solver with a background in Nano-Science. I thrive in collaborative environments, whether working with a firefighting team or tinkering in a FabLab. My PhD experience challenged me to innovate solutions, like developing precise sensing devices for complex measurements, and my interdisciplinary foundation in biology, chemistry, and physics gives me a holistic approach to tackling new challenges. I'm driven by curiosity and a passion for understanding how things work, and I’m motivated by teamwork, creativity, and a hands-on approach to making ideas reality.

My PhD research, entitled 'Magnetometry of magnetic nanoparticles with nanoSQUIDs', focused on the fabrication and optimisation of superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUIDs) based on high-temperature superconductors (YBCO) for the detection of magnetic nanoparticles. This work involved the design and fabrication of highly sensitive sensors and the implementation of low noise electrical measurement techniques. I have collaborated with international researchers, particularly during research visits to Zaragoza, Spain, and supervised undergraduate students on their thesis projects. My work contributes to advancing the fabrication of highly sensitive quantum sensors and their applications.
