• Identifying and attracting new clients to expand the customer base. • Analyzing client requirements and proposing suitable products or services. • Responsible for clients financial needs, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction to enhance a long-term relationship. • Addressing client issues promptly and finding solutions to enhance satisfaction. • Identifying opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients. • Coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to meet client expectations. • Build and maintain close business relationship with the High Net Worth (HNW) customers in providing value added investment.

• Develop an understanding of the clients' business for auditing purposes. • Perform test of control, audit testing and preparation of audit working papers according to the accounting standards and regulatory. • Identify and recognize audit risks and communicate the issues with team and clients. • Manage clients from different industry and different states in Malaysia.

• Assist the engagement teams to perform variety of assurance and testing work for a portfolio of diversified clients in industries. • Communicate with audit engagement clients for all audit related adjustments, queries and issues.
