• Preparing, updating & revising the EPC Construction schedules for the medical buildings. • Progress monitoring and identifying the potential problem areas obstructing work. • Production rate analysis for the available resources. • Reviewing EPC project control procedures (home office and field control procedures) to ensure that Clients requirements are met. • Advise the Client organization with respect to adequacy of project controls tools, reports and schedules. And when necessary, provide guidance on, corrective action and measures to mitigate any adverse trends. • Issuing the weekly and monthly look ahead plans and follow up reports that include the progress of engineering, procurement, manpower & construction. • Using TILOS ( Time Location System Software for Linear Projects ) in Tracking and monitoring CTW-11O Project and follow up for the site work. • Preparing the progress reports formats, revising and analyzing the progress inputs to develop site reports. • Preparing the Testing & Commissioning schedules for projects. • Communicate with Construction teams through periodic follow up meeting with raising the critical issues in the way of solving it. • Assisting in revising the master schedule and reallocate the cost assignments on the activities. • Acting as administrator for the project P6 database. • Working on the WAR ROOM activities in KAME Project including Highlights and alerts the site team of the delay in current activities which lead to an overall delay of the package /project. • Working on preparing the procurement schedules and its follow up. • Assisting in PMIS data analysis for KAME & CTW-110 projects and providing better process performance for the procurement department.

• Developing the most appropriate methods and Participating in establishing the sequence of Construction Operations in conjunction with the site managers. • Preparing Master and Detailed schedules (Scheduling, Reporting & Recovery), Look ahead Schedules and Manpower schedules (Histogram, S-Curve …etc). • Share in Preparation of Reporting Process and Preparing for Site weekly progress reports for Clients, Submittal Logs, Drawing Logs • Cost Loading of the Schedule – loaded by using Contract BOQ which is used for the performance analysis of project • Develop the WBS and cost coding structure. • Preparing all types of Control Reports & Weekly Field updates and Bring project information closer to the decision maker in a timely and effective manner by using computerized tools • Conduct progress & subcontractors coordination meetings. • Manage and distribute the job between planning engineers in coordination with the Planning Manager.
