In my current role as Global HR Business Partner & LATAM HR Head, I lead with a deep focus on aligning people strategy with business objectives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. I act as a strategic advisor to global leadership while also overseeing all human capital initiatives across Latin America. In LATAM, I am responsible for leading complex HR operations through external providers, ensuring service excellence while driving efficiency and compliance. This includes managing vendors responsible for payroll, benefits and employee lifecycle processes, as well as overseeing relationships with brokers and engaging in union negotiations, navigating labor relations with a balance of empathy and business acumen. As a Global HRBP, I collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to accelerate leadership development, embed cultural transformation, and influence key decisions with people-centered insights. 🔹 Highlights of My Role: End-to-end HR leadership for LATAM, including oversight of third-party providers and labor compliance; Strategic negotiations with unions and brokers to protect business continuity and foster trust; Global collaboration with executive stakeholders to drive talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness; Thought partner to global and regional leaders, connecting business needs with people solutions; Governance and execution of transformation projects and change initiatives.
