Léo Chirade
EMEA Total Rewards & International Mobility Specialist @ Shiseido
About
I’m excited to be part of Shiseido in Paris as an EMEA Total Rewards & International Mobility Specialist. In this regional role, I support 13 countries on compensation, benefits, and international mobility topics — contributing to strategy definition, process implementation, and cross-country HR coordination in line with Shiseido’s global standards. Previously, I completed a V.I.E assignment at SLB (Schlumberger) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where I gained strong international exposure in compensation & benefits, salary benchmarking, and HR data analytics. Earlier in my career, I worked at Capgemini, supporting various C&B and social reporting initiatives. With 4 years of experience across international environments, I’m passionate about total rewards, mobility, and data-driven HR. Let’s connect!
