- Full recruitment process management, from needs definition to candidate integration - Proactive candidate sourcing through various channels - Tailored sourcing strategies for each position - Conduct interviews to assess skills and fit - Build strong candidate and client relationships - Provide decision-making support - Construction and development of a portfolio of c. 40 clients - Management & training of interns - Transversal projects (technical and personality assessments, compensation studies, interventions with ANDRH and Dauphine)
