✓ Handle end-to-end import operations for air and ocean shipments, including booking, documentation, and coordination with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and local stakeholders. ✓ Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly. ✓ Manage and monitor the timely delivery of shipments to consignees, ensuring high service quality. ✓ Collaborate with internal departments to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction. ✓ Maintain accurate records of shipments and costs, and prepare operational reports.

✓ Extecute Import/Export/Air cargo/ domestic trucking/ file AMS/ACI/ etc ✓Handle import master consol. ✓ Strong SMS live software both outbound & inbound ✓ Close file and distribute documents in accordance with pertinent requirements and in compliance with export standards.

✓ Process and follow shipper’s instruction accuratly ✓ Set up a meeting with customers to introduce product. ✓ Update price, prepare quotation & send to customer ✓ Received order, make Invoice & production instruction. ✓Contact with supplier about packages, label. ✓Arrange delivery time & booking ✓ Take care current job and handle if trouble arise

✓ Process and follow shipper’s instruction accuratly ✓ Prepare and process documents/ invoice through company system. ✓ Work with customers, carriers, overseas agents to arrange booking. ✓ Receive SI and make the Bill of Lading. ✓ Receive pre-alert, check document, submit manifest and VGM to shipping lines ✓ Following up Export & Import process, follow shipment status ✓ Make payment for Carrier & Co-loader on time. ✓ Make Debit note/Credit note for customer & agency ✓ Keep track of documents procedures and storing ✓ Cooperating with other depts to complete the mutual task

✓Be responsibility to handle the delivery order from supplier. ✓ Follow up schedule and delivery time. ✓ Co-ordinate well with operator staff to arrange receive shipment on time. ✓ Control quantity and quality of goods. Control loss prevention of goods.
