Situation: ·Sabic encountered the possibility of facing increased competition in the polymer industry. Actions: ·Conducted an investigation of customers, aiming to safeguard Sabic's position against the competitor. ·Categorized the customers into three classifications: customers to keep, develop and grow. ·Developed tailored strategies for each customer category to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. Results: ·Identified potential customers and successfully captured their business, expanding Sabic's customer base. ·Implemented measures to protect key customers by offering competitive pricing, superior customer service, and tailored solutions.

During my internship at Shanghai Likou Business Consulting Co., Ltd, I collaborated on translation work and product design for 20 cosmetic products covered by the company, such as hair leave-in spray and skinceuticals. I identified different ingredients in cosmetics and searched around 30 literature sources to ensure that our translations were accurate. I also coordinated with my leader on restricted components' concentration to ensure conformity to standards, such as zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.
