Color Culture (Hong Kong) – Apparel Sourcing Company (EU/US/AU Markets) Managed end-to-end merchandising and sourcing execution for US buyers (Fashion Nova, Jessica Simpson), driving on-time delivery and cost performance. Led supplier sourcing, evaluation, and price negotiation to improve margin and vendor performance. Controlled development and production processes to ensure technical compliance and risk mitigation. Coordinated cross-functional teams across Hong Kong, Bangladesh, and Vietnam to resolve issues and maintain efficient production flow.

Supported a local fashion brand to gain hands-on experience in garment sales, production sourcing, and customer service. Researched and connected with local garment and printing factories for small-batch T-shirt production and sampling. Applied online sales and digital marketing techniques on Shopee, Facebook, and TikTok, including SEO and content development. Developed a short-term T-shirt brand project “Montee T-Shirt World” to study Vietnamese consumer behavior and market trends(March 2023).
