In charge of expediting raw materials (wires and connectors) for engineering changes, model year changes, running of PER and pilots, service parts and transfer of new business and projects, working with logistic area and suppliers to have the raw material on time and with the correct quantity. Participle in all type of meetings according to have new components on plant at the correct time. Direct contact with Mexican and foreign suppliers. Expediting Raw Materials (wires and connectors) for regular production in a timely manner according to the requirements stipulated by the customers (FIAT Chrysler Automobiles and General Motors). Responsible for raw material orders in the system (SAP) checking and planning all the releases for suppliers according to the requirements, preventing shutting down manufacturing lines. Active participation in physical inventory compiles and maintains current records on material inventory, in process inventory. Maintains inventories to establish goals and levels, and additionally follows a plan for further reduction.

Purchases of indirect materials (checking suppliers, costs, delivery time, checking inventory, preparation of purchase orders and material reception), office supplies control, and packaging inventory. Process and place orders for all suppliers base on best option and using Company polices. Responsible following internal requisitions and purchase orders. Monthly expenses report by department, arrangement of traveling, hotel reservations and car rental for employees. Arrangement of coffee breaks and meals for visitors from headquarters and elaboration of the daily hose nozzle cost report and petty cash responsible.
