As an Investment Consulting Analyst at Mercer, I focus on managing private market projects for Korean institutional clients, primarily focusing in real estate, private equity and infrastructure. My responsibilities encompass private market fund strategy/investment due diligence, performance review, manager selection, portfolio construction and strategic asset allocation.

Joining Colliers International as a Valuer in December 2021, my main area of expertise lies in valuation and advisory services across the real estate spectrum, with a specific focus on the industrial, office, data centre, and hotel sectors. I also specialize in portfolio valuations for corporate clients in South Korea and the Asia Pacific region. I have a deep understanding of the economics of real estate, allowing me to provide key insights and valuable advice related to property assets across various sectors. With a background in general practice, I am also skilled in development appraisal, due diligence, and strategic property consultancy. At Colliers, I am dedicated to delivering accurate and comprehensive valuation services to our clients. I leverage my expertise and knowledge to provide them with reliable information and guidance for their real estate decisions. I am committed to staying updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure that my valuations align with the current market conditions. Recently, I have also been appointed as a member of Colliers' Young Leaders Committee.
