In my current role, I lead the Human Resources function for North America.

Function as a human resources business partner to various departments including sales, sales operations, marketing, legal, production, publishing, customer service and the office of the CEO. This includes guiding and coaching managers on solving complex people issues, performance management, workforce planning, advocating for our employees internally. In addition, I handle compliance tasks, benefits administration and compensation analysis. I also work with our global team on retention and recruitment initiatives as well as manage the recruitment of all positions in North America.

In my role as Recruiter, I lead all recruitment for sales and sales operations roles in North America.

Sales Athlete Executive Search® is a premier executive search firm based in Beverly Hills and New York, serving clients internationally. The Sales Athlete partners with leading global brands and diverse industries in need of high performing sales, marketing, and management talent. As the Director, Talent Management I Identified, recruited and managed all sales, marketing and operational talent for retained and contingency searches in the entertainment, digital media and advertising industries.

BtoB and Media Business Magazines Covered over 20 sales categories nationwide with a heavy concentration in media, agency, technology, and education. Generated new accounts and maintained/expanded existing accounts representing $1M in annual revenue.

Other Advertising Magazine Carried out all the aspects of sales activities for this start-up publication such as telemarketing, lead generation, business development and cold calling. Project Manager - Adweek Custom Media Worked closely with the editorial director and the vice president of sales developing custom advertising inserts and research reports.

Prepared quarterly positioning reports and budget allocation reports. Monitored sales revenue and department expenditures; maintained and updated advertiser database and assisted publisher in daily departmental functions. Worked closely with industry associations such as the AAF, AAAA, AMA and IAB on trade advertising placement and event sponsorships.

Editor & Publisher Magazine Handled the processing of all print and online sales orders as well as worked with production on ad placement and materials. Worked with marketing on events including on site booth set-up, registration and collateral distribution. Regularly updated media kit and marketing collateral.

Handled all placements of Konig Wheel advertisements in industry magazines. Purchased and inventoried all Discount Tire orders, over 300 tires per week. Attended multiple conferences, including SEMA, organizing booth collateral, photographing Konig products and providing sales assistance. Worked with sales and senior staff designing new logos, descriptions and slogans.
