Managed a staff of eight hospital services representatives to ensure the hospitals in our donation service area were complying with federal regulations as well as their hospital policy concerning organ/tissue/eye donation.

Responsible for the performance of 20-25 claims processors to meet the benchmarks set by the company. This included individual improvement plans and coaching the staff to assist in improving their performance. Responsible for the workflow of processing claims and meeting the company's adjudication requirements.
