Guided guests through the process of purchasing a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. This included assisting guests pick out the proper bike for them, by way of understanding their needs and wants. Provided price negotiations and evaluated trade values. Accurately prepared necessary paperwork and prepped guests for the finance office. Responsible for delivering the purchased bike to the guest and with providing a comprehensive overview of the owner's manual. Ensure that guests were confident in their knowledge of the motorcycle prior to leaving the Dealership.

Purchase homes to sell to other investors or renovate for sell to retail. Evaluated home value, estimated repairs needed to make the home retail ready. Managed the entire process from start to finish, including: locating homes, placing offers, securing finances, hiring contract work and ensure timely completion. Arranged inspections for both building and home buyers. Negotiated prices of materials and work to be done along with final sale price.

Supervised complete store operations of 16 satellite locations; to include personnel, procedures and audits. Recruited, interviewed, hired and trained potential employees for positions up to and including store managers. Lowered the turnover rate of the designated market to less than 20%. Lowered debt ratio for the company to less than 10%. Demonstrated ways to control debt and raise fees on individual store basis. Performed monthly audits of each store.
