Designed and developed comprehensive training materials for D365 and Tire365, including student and instructor materials, quick reference cards, and online resources. Design and maintain end-to-end in-classroom and e-learning for all employees using the new Oracle CCS Project application. Document training curriculum and develop trainee materials including work instructions, presentations, end user guides, handouts, job aids, etc. Evaluate training to provide recommendations for improvements to address gaps and areas that require improvement to enhance training performance. Update and maintain training as required based on policies and new functionality and develop the sustainment practices for the organization through knowledge transfer with Human Resources. Mentor and develop a team of seconded employees to train the developed learning program. Upon completion of the classroom training convert the training to an e-learning platform to be sustained by the business.

Plan and deliver functional end user training and provide leadership to execute the training requirement for the SCBT Project implementing Oracle HCM. Established and implemented the training strategy for the SCBT Project which included designing and developing the training materials including user guides, instructor manuals, presentations, job aids and presentations. Took on the Training Coordinator role to help plan and execute the training delivery for the County.

Training Delivery, deliver formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective. Manage the learning environments and prepare for training delivery. Create a positive learning climate for end users engage in trainer. Facilitate learning process with trainers and deliver constructive feedback. Evaluate the learning solutions by using learning metrics and analysis to measure the impact of learning solutions. Select appropriate strategies, research design, and measures to gauge the effectiveness of training programs. Create an evaluation plan and manage data collections from training events. Make recommendations to aid in future decision-making.
