Strategic development, management and implementaiton of the LawNet Product and Services portfolio. Including the development of the LawNet Acadamy and the Strategic Leadership and Management Programme.

I was responsible for: * The development and implementation of a Learning and Development Strategy and 5 year Business Plan * Management of £4m Budget * The centralisation, management and planning of all technical and health/safety training for over 4000 operational staff * The continued development and delivery of over 100 system and process training products * Development and management of external design and delivery contracts
