Motion to Scale™️
San Francisco, California, United States
Motion to Scale™ is the first legal tech category design and go-to-market (GTM) advisory built exclusively for founders and CEOs. We help leaders adopt Legal Tech Revenue Science™ to break through the Scaling Stall, align revenue strategies, and build businesses that lead their markets instead of competing within them. The Scaling Stall is the silent killer of legal tech growth—manifesting in slow sales cycles, leaky pipelines, confused messaging, stalled adoption, and churn. Our system transforms legal tech founders into revenue-first CEOs, unlocking predictable growth, accelerated cash flow, and compounding customer flywheels. Legal Tech Revenue Science™ is more than a framework—it’s a new way of thinking about growth, building businesses, and engaging customers. By combining category design, a unified GTM strategy, and decades of operator experience, we empower legal tech innovators to define markets, lead adoption, and create exponential value for customers. With Motion to Scale™, you redefine what it means to lead and grow in legal tech.

Founder and CEO
Scarab Strategies, Legal Tech Advisory
San Francisco, California, United States
I help legal tech founders on their journey to high-velocity growth by designing strategies that enable them to accelerate, transform, and innovate their GTM motions. My experience building sales, marketing, customer success, sales enablement, and rev ops from the ground up for legal tech startups and scaleups gives me unique perspective and advantage for companies who want to scale rapidly. I also advise PE/VC on sales, marketing, and customer success for SaaS/B2B companies in the legal vertical. Ready to "Transform How You G.T.M"? - Go to Market - Get Things Moving - Get the Market In the ancient world, scarabs were symbols of transformation, growth, good luck, and protection. I've been obsessed with them since I was a kid, and on a trip to Egypt, got to see how this symbol embodied change and transformation everywhere I went. Not only do I help companies accelerate business transformation and high-velocity growth, but believe that luck can contribute to success by presenting unexpected opportunities, allowing you to be in the right place at the right time, acting as a catalyst for your hard work and talent to flourish. My legal training gives me the insight to see potential risks related to compliance, ethics or the regulatory landscape. I'm fortunate to have worked with great leaders and been part of successful acquisitions, exits, and category creating rocket ships. That's why I decided to name my consulting and advisory business, Scarab Strategies.
