Leading two teams to achieve and exceed budget consistently for YTD trade whilst improving on KPI’s including guest shop, used opportunities and individual sales targets. Leading team briefings on KPI’s and the importance they have on their performance. Providing coaching and guidance to 7 members of staff on new and existing products with a focus on delivering world class service through experience and knowledge. Focus on stock control between ecom, Blossom Boutique and Harrods Concession, successfully running stocktakes. Responsible for staff time and rota management, monitoring lateness, breaks, holiday and lieu time. Regular reviews held with staff members to offer feedback on performance and coaching when needed. Monitoring staff performance through mock guest shops Processing till transactions and support other Harrods staff member in processing refunds and exchanges on a regular basis. Merchandising and signage for all display changed to suit seasonal trends and shopping patterns. Setting and monitors sales performance through set KPI’s on a weekly basis.
