Roles & Responsibilities: - Maintaining all aspects of the quality management. Supervising all Standards and Regulatory compliance activities. -Develop QA Department Master plan with link to CBN - Develop logistics QA procedures and deploy with 100% population. -Train and coach department members on QA procedures and policies. - Monitoring and maintaining of quality of finish product and raw and packing material during receiving, storage and supplying/shipment. -Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance. - Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and properly handled. - Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints with multifunctional teams using solving problems tools (6W2H,Why Why , CAPA…). - Lead internal Audit and develop actions plan. - Lead traceability mock recall test and develop related actions plan. - Participate in the external audits and develop corrective and preventive actions. - Measure quality results of warehouse and develop improvement plans based on PDCA cycle Results: -Zero Significant Quality Incident or Repetitive Quality Incident. -Development and deployment of logistics QA SOP's. - Implementation of Raw and packing material Expiration Management System with SAP. -All Traceability tests successfully passed during external Audit. - Warehouse QA Systems capable in All External Audit. - Implementation of Raw and packing materials storage temperature and humidity monitoring system.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Ensure HS&E roles and responsibilities are defined and approved and shared for all levels of the department (100% involvement). - Develop and deploy a yearly HS&E OGSM action plan with 100% involvement of the employees in the department. - Development and approval of department related HS&E Procedures. - Ensure that all managers and technicians know and understand all safe practices and procedures for their jobs. - Support and coach department system owners, and make sure that department projects and changes are compliant with HSE standards. - Lead HSE meetings and incidents investigations. Results: - Zero Recordable incident in 5 years. - TIR at Zero in 5 years for permanent & contractors. - Development of HSE Procedures and training of 100% of warehouse People's. - All Warehouse related Key Element green during HSE external Audit. -Recruitment and training of new Forklift drivers.
