• Supervised the direction of the $60 million project, by ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements were met. • Reviewed the progress of the project while liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs and keep them within the budget. • Ensured construction and site safety by conducting daily toolbox talks about safety concerns with the EHS team. • Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly site reports for the main stakeholders. • Followed the quality control procedures. • Prevented predictable problems by assessing and minimizing risks. • Supported the Site Manager in all necessary areas during the project, including logistics and security.

Overall construction management of the team to achieve the client’s demands.

• Executed all power plant underground networks such as electrical pits and drainage systems, earthworks, paving, surveying, installation of pre-cast elements, construction of complex foundations, such as cooling tower, turbine foundations and diaphragm walls – 1800m3 in average each - and finishing works. • Managed materials acquisitions, such as steel and other main civil inputs. • Participated in daily coordination meetings with the client and other subcontractor involved with the project. • Gained experience with international client in a multi-cultural environment. • Applied planning and management skills and techniques daily to meet the client's milestones.

Responsible for the daily CFA piling execution. This work was highlighted by the Brazilian magazine "O Empreiteiro" in its edition N 562 due to the efficiency and record work time to execute 2147 piles, 60 cm diameter/6.5 meters deep, which were executed in less than 60 days and free of any kind of accident.

Repair works supervisor. Experience in the follow-up of constructions, with knowledge in the accomplishment of measurements, budgets, reading of drawings and elaboration of schedule and technical reports. Ability to assist in small and medium-sized construction, such as: construction and renovation of houses, buildings and other simpler demands.

Experience in activities related to works budgets, input registers, document preparation. Experience in the analysis, construction and revision of projects, as well as incorporation of new ventures up to works, office and general services.

Experience with vectorization works of cartographic features on satellite images in CAD software. Obtaining photographs of real estate façades from videos obtained in field trips. Data feeding in GIS software, from the interpretation of the photos of the buildings’ facades.

Focus on the latest technologies used in green buildings, power systems, and facility security. Areas studied: wind energy, advanced batteries, and smart grid systems that are transforming the way electricity is being generated and delivered.
