* control of the foodstuff on all level of production * sample preparation for analysis performed in other laboratory or in an independent laboratory * hygienic examination of food production hall * resolving of customer complaints and making claims for raw and packaging material * documentation all activities according to company standards (IFS, ISO, HALAL, etc.)

* Working on Berry Drug Project: * making extracts from various berries, * testing them on total phenolic content and antioxidant capacity * getting to know with HPLC technique

Activities and Societies: Member of International Association of students in Agricultural and related Sciences (IAAS) in Ljubljana. In organizing commite of IAAS EDM (European directors meeting) with title Food for Life, beeing responsible mainly for public relations.
